The Arvilla, on the Gulf Coast's widest and cleanest beach, is the perfect place to get away from it all. Shops, restaurants, casino, John's Pass, and miniature golf are within walking distance and we are only 20 minutes from Tampa or 15 minutes from St Petersburg Airport, and 30 minutes to Busch Gardens. Trolley service is available between St Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. BayWalk and downtown St Petersburg are also available by trolley.
Our Rooms offer beautiful Gulf, pool or tropical courtyard views with patios or balconies. Most units have fully equipped kitchens with all the comforts of home. All units have satellite TV including six HBO and ESPN channels.

RATE INFORMATION:
Rates are for one or two guests per
unit. Add $10.00 for each additional guest per day. (Cribs
available, no extra charge). Rates are subject to change without
notice, except confirmed reservations. Rates may not apply to
Special Events and Holidays. Sorry, no pets accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Dec.
thru Apr. - Cancellation less than 30 days PRIOR to arrival –
No REFUNDS.
May thru Nov. - Cancellation less than 14 days PRIOR
to arrival – No REFUNDS.
If you decide to cancel within our policy we will issue you an extention for up to 12 months from your arrival date depending upon avaiability.
NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES
Must have one person age 25 or older to occupy a room.

Directions: South on I-275 to Exit #23-B "5th Ave. N." (old exit #11 . At the red light on the bottom of the ramp, go straight to Central Ave. Turn right, travel west 7 mi. to Treasure Island. At Gulf Blvd., turn right. The Arvilla Resort Motel is 8 blocks North on the left hand side (directly on the Gulf of Mexico).
